To view the network graph, first install the Cytoscape program (version ≥ 2.4.1, www.cytoscape.org). Launch cytoscape and open the .cys file (File -> Open). The graph is annoted with ID, number of atoms, number of amides, molecular smiles, full and random sample overlap frequencies for the exemplar libraries, and nearest neighbor overlaps for the NP and RO5 sets. The color schemes used in the figures can be regenerated by opening the NCBREV07 style in VizMapper (View -> Open VizMapper). Contact anang.shelat at stjude.org for more information.
