Assumption Adequacy Averaging

• Pounds and Rai (2008) propose the concept of assumption adequacy averaging as a way to incorporate assessments of assumption adequacy into the analysis of microarray data.
• We have developed a set of R routines to implement this procedure. The user's guide will help you use these routines. Additionally, you may wish to run the example R program with the example expression data set and the example sample information data set.
